“Had an amazing time here today. Was greeted with a friendly smile and hello from Kareen. We redeemed our $20 voucher from the Fun app paid $80 and received $200 that's better than double dollars. Played all our favourite games and a few we've not seen before. Gotta say winning on the swing and smash was the highlight of my day thanks to Zak for helping me complete the form and arranging for my Nintendo switch to be sent to our home address. Overall had a fantastic time all the staff at Timezone Highpoint that we had the pleasure of meeting were amazing keep up the good work. Highly recommend a visit.”

“We had three excited grandchildren with us, for joint birthday treats today, and they all chose to go to Timezone! We all had a really brilliant time, and the children loved it, especially the VR games. I do want to give a particular shout out to the awesome staff member, Christopher, who helped us with a game that temporarily wasn't working properly, and turned two little girls' sadness into joy with his thoughtful and kind customer care! “Loaded up $60 for the $120 double credit deal as I wanted to play the claw machines. The first machine which had the plushie I wanted kept getting an error when we tried to swipe for the second time. After the repeated errors I went to the counter to get help and was told " you just have to wait a while for it to work ". So we waited. Tried again. Still did not work. At this point we had tried multiple times so we gave up and tried a different machine. The claws were very weak and did not grip or lift much at all. Eventually we went to the game where it sweeps tickets however one of the 4 was actually broken so it wouldn't play but still took your credits. Had to go to the counter and they eventually shut it down. At this spot multiple games and machines weren't working and honestly the prizes in the bigger claw machines weren't that appealing. Only the prizes in the broken bigger claw machines looked cute. We also tried the smaller claw machines but the way the claw falls and lands is way to deep before the claw closes making it extremely difficult to catch anything. We were able to eventually catch 2 Molang rabbits but this was after spending the majority of the 120 credits on it which was probably not worth it especially considering the quality and feel of the plush.”
